The future of cities

Green spaces in cities are havens of biodiversity, helping to preserve and promote local flora and fauna. In addition, gardens provide recreation and leisure areas, improving people’s quality of life by being quiet and aesthetically pleasing spaces in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. They also play a key role in improving the urban climate by absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen, reducing the heat island effect and mitigating noise pollution.

Committed to the environment.
At the forefront of sustainability.

Vegetation lowers the average temperature of cities, helping to cool the environment and mitigate thermal sensation.

The plant barrier helps reduce noise by protecting against noise pollution caused by traffic.

Plants capture CO2 particles, helping to purify the air and reduce pollution.

Furthermore, many studies relate the presence of green areas with a

greater social connectivity, a reduction in stress levels and a positive impact on mental health.

Green spaces have multiple benefits on health and the environment,
and Smart Garden offers a comprehensive and specific solution for them.

OdinS has advanced irrigation control equipment , capable of controlling a large number of wired valves , as well as remote valves through radio communication.

From the software platform Control of these valves is allowed manually or from an irrigation program. Each valve has its own independent irrigation configuration, which can also be automatically conditioned to variables provided by weather stations.

It is important to control the quality of the water in ornamental fountains and/or ponds. In these spaces, chlorine, pH and turbidity levels are mainly measured, information that helps prevent them from becoming a source of infections due to bacteria, viruses or parasites.

It is essential that we ensure that the air quality in green areas is within the appropriate environmental parameters, measuring everything from suspended particles to all harmful gases that may be harmful to health.

Poor air quality is related to respiratory problems and even cardiovascular diseases.

Irridea Smart allows you to use physical weather stations (physically installed in the garden) or virtual weather stations (through an internet web service). The information collected is a key piece in intelligent irrigation management since, based on these variables, our algorithm Estimates the irrigation needs of the gardens to adjust the irrigation time, reducing or extending it.

We also consider acoustic monitoring essential since it cannot be conceived of gardens being an environmental refuge without proper control of noise levels . It is important to inform citizens about their exposure to noise, as well as have objective indicators that allow managers to execute action plans aimed at mitigating noise in green areas.

We have garbage container and trash can management services also in parks and gardens.

In containers, we use the WiCube sensor, which allows us to monitor the filling percentage, position and temperature of each container. Thus, it is not only possible to detect incidents, but also optimize collection routes, reducing emissions and saving costs.

In bins, they are identified using QR codes and/or geolocation. With a very simple application, the staff in charge records the collections, which allows for control and subsequent optimization of maintenance tasks.

Through software based on video analytics and AI, we are able to determine, with an accuracy of over 95%, the number of people found in a specific area.
