🔍 We are looking to hire an R&D Project Manager to participate in the preparation and management of national and international innovation projects.

🧩 Tu rol

You will be part of a multidisciplinary technical team, participating in the preparation, coordination and monitoring of technological projects alongside technical teams, researchers, product engineers and national and international partners, to:

• Coordinate and monitor projects: planning, milestones, deliverables, budget and risks.
• Participate in the preparation and drafting of national and international R&D&I proposals.
• Gather and structure technical information to prepare reports, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate communication, monitoring, and documentation of results with internal teams and partners.
• Participate in the functional definition and monitoring of technological developments associated with the projects.

🎯 Lo que buscamos

• University degree, preferably in scientific, technological or engineering fields. Other qualifications with experience related to technological projects will be considered.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably technological and/or R&D projects.
• Excellent writing, summarization, and information structuring skills.
• Minimum English level B2, with professional oral and written fluency.
• Ability to understand technological concepts and work with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Planning and organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork.

💡 It will be valued

• Experience in preparing and managing R&D projects, especially national, European or in international consortia.
• Knowledge of R&D funding programs and instruments.
• Knowledge of ICT technologies: IoT, software, AI, communications, cybersecurity, etc.
• Postgraduate training (master or doctorate)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools or certifications (e.g., PMP).
