OdinS participates in the ‘Sustainable Digital Future’ conference organized by ISACA Valencia

October, as Cybersecurity Awareness Month (ECSM), is the ideal setting to highlight our participation in the ‘Sustainable Digital Future’ conference organized by ISACA VALENCIA . At this event, held in the midst of a cybersecurity awareness campaign, various experts discussed the challenges and opportunities in key issues such as #digitalization 💻, # cybersecurity🔒 and #sustainability🌍 . The forum was inaugurated by the Minister of Economy and Digital Transformation, Luis Alberto Marin Gonzalez , who highlighted the relevance of these challenges in the current context. We want to highlight the extraordinary participation of Miguel Angel Zamora Izquierdo , Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Murcia and founding partner of OdinS, who provided a valuable perspective on how technology can be sustainable, optimizing resources and guaranteeing data security. He also participated in the round table “Liquid ICT, Sustainable ICT”, where the need for technological innovation to be aligned with respect for the environment was emphasized, pointing out that we cannot think of a digital future without incorporating sustainability as a cross-cutting axis in each technological solution. In a context where security is an increasingly vulnerable factor, cybersecurity and efficiency in the use of resources must go hand in hand. This event has underlined the commitment to build a safer and more responsible digital environment, led by experts who we would also like to congratulate for their participation, Josep Molina, Juan Martinez Borrego , Joaquin Ruiz Montalvan , F. Javier Jarilla Alcudia , Waldo Castillo. We congratulate ISACA Valencia, the INCIBE-UPV Cybersecurity Chair and the ATD Region of Murcia for creating a space for constructive dialogue that not only addresses the present, but also encourages building a safer, more ethical and sustainable digital future.
