The University of Murcia has been participating in energy efficiency for several years. The number of buildings currently connected to the City explorer platform is more than 30. The services offered in each of these buildings are different depending on the context. All buildings have fire detection units, as well as anti-theft control units. Examples of some of the services provided by the City explorer system in these buildings are:

In the buildings of the University of Murcia where City explorer has been installed and is operational, up to 23% of energy consumption has been saved. To achieve these savings, integration, optimization and monitoring measures were carried out. Currently, all the information collected continues to be analyzed and the impact of the agents involved is evaluated throughout the different environmental and contextual conditions.
