In an important step towards sustainability, our organization has been recognized with the seal of the Carbon Footprint Registry, offsetting and carbon dioxide absorption projects , awarded by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO). This recognition underlines our firm commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and implementing more sustainable practices.
A recognition of environmental commitment
The seal received certifies that our organization has met the following requirements:
- Registration in the “carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emission reduction commitments” section of the registry.
- Carbon footprint calculation (at least scope 1+2), corresponding to the year 2023.
- Definition of specific commitments to reduce emissions.
- Validation of these calculations by MITECO.
This voluntary registry aims to promote transparency and recognise the efforts of Spanish companies, administrations and organisations in measuring, reducing and offsetting their environmental impact.
This achievement would not have been possible without the support of the Carbon Footprint Association , whose accompaniment has been key throughout the process. This recognition motivates us to continue advancing in our sustainability strategy, implementing measures that further reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to caring for the environment.
