The technology company OdinS has announced the start of an expansion project at its headquarters in Murcia , a strategic initiative that will double the current surface area of its facilities. The decision is a response to the company’s sustained growth in recent years, both in terms of project volume and talent acquisition, and to the need for an environment adapted to new technological challenges.
The new space, designed by Llanes Granados Arquitectos , reflects a vision in which functionality, sustainability, and well-being go hand in hand. The new facilities will feature sustainable materials , such as photocatalytic eco-friendly paints to help purify the indoor air, industrialized construction systems, interior space compartmentalization with high acoustic performance, as well as smart technology for IT management and automated access control.
“This project represents much more than a physical expansion: it’s a decisive commitment to continued growth in the Region of Murcia, generating skilled employment and developing technological solutions with a global impact,” emphasizes José Trigueros, CEO of OdinS.
The new space, whose construction will begin soon, has been designed to foster collaboration between teams, adapt to flexible work models, and accommodate new areas of technological specialization that support the company’s evolution. The expansion follows a 2024 marked by important milestones in the smart cities, connected agriculture, and Industry 4.0 sectors, reinforcing OdinS’s role as a regional benchmark in IoT technologies and connected solutions.
