At OdinS, we believe that technology is most valuable when it becomes a useful tool for learning, experimenting, and better understanding the environment. That’s why we’ve collaborated with IES Francisco Salzillo on an educational and environmental project that brings innovation closer to students in a practical way, connected to real-world situations.
The initiative included the donation of an IPex12 device and OdinS sensors, installed in the center’s experimental garden , to monitor various environmental variables and use the data for learning purposes. Thanks to this, students can observe how the environment evolves, interpret real-world information, and gain a much more practical understanding of aspects related to sustainability, agriculture, and data analysis.
These types of projects allow scientific and technological concepts to move beyond the classroom and come to life in a real-world context. Students not only learn theory but also have the opportunity to work with information gathered in the field, develop a more analytical perspective, and understand how technology can help them make better decisions in key areas for the future.
Furthermore, this collaboration is part of a broader relationship between OdinS and IES Francisco Salzillo, aimed at supporting the training and development of young talent. In recent months, we have also shared other initiatives with the school, such as awarding a scholarship to a student in the International Baccalaureate program and hosting career guidance visits to introduce students to the world of business and technology.
For OdinS, promoting these kinds of initiatives is part of our commitment to education, innovation, and social responsibility. We believe in the importance of creating opportunities for young people to discover, experiment, and develop skills that will help them face the challenges of tomorrow with a more critical, practical, and prepared perspective.
